Paid PDF access

After a completed USD 29 payment is verified, the site redirects you through the thank-you flow and issues a time-limited download entitlement. If the download link does not work, describe what happened and include the PayPal order ID shown in your receipt.

7-day refund requests

If you do not find value in the Lead Reactivation System, message @growthsystemlab within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed and processed manually through PayPal. They are not automatic or instant.

A completed refund or payment reversal may end access to the paid download. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm that PayPal shows the payment as completed.
  • Return to the thank-you page in the same browser session if the payment just completed.
  • Do not share your full payment-card number, password, or download token.
