These terms apply when you use this website or purchase the Lead Reactivation System from Growth System Labs, Norway.

Product and price

The Lead Reactivation System is a digital PDF product offered for a one-time price of USD 29. The checkout page shows the price before you submit payment.

Payment and digital delivery

Payment is processed by PayPal. Growth System Labs does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. After a completed payment is verified, the website creates a time-limited download entitlement and provides access to the PDF through the thank-you and download flow.

You are responsible for providing accurate information to PayPal and for keeping your download link or entitlement token secure. If access does not work after a completed payment, use the verified support route below.

7-day refund process

If you do not find value in the Lead Reactivation System, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by messaging @growthsystemlab on Telegram. Refund requests are reviewed and processed manually through PayPal; they are not automatic or instant.

A completed refund or payment reversal may end access to the paid download. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Permitted use

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the PDF and its templates for your own lawful internal or business activities. You may adapt the templates for that use.

You may not resell, publish, share, sublicense, or distribute the product or make it available as a competing product. Growth System Labs retains the intellectual-property rights in the product and website content.

Responsible use

You are responsible for how you contact leads and for following applicable marketing, privacy, consent, consumer-protection, and communication rules. Do not use the material for spam, deceptive messages, harassment, unlawful data use, or any activity that violates another person's rights.

No performance guarantee

The product provides educational material, templates, and a follow-up process. It does not guarantee replies, appointments, customers, revenue, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside Growth System Labs' control, including your list, offer, timing, audience, and execution.

Availability and liability

Growth System Labs takes reasonable steps to keep the website and digital delivery available, but continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Growth System Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or product. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable mandatory law.

Updates

These terms may be updated when the product, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version. Terms that applied at the time of purchase remain relevant to that transaction where required by law.
