User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of data associated with your use of the Pixel Office GSL Analytics integration by contacting Growth System Labs through the verified support route below.

How to request deletion

1. Message the verified @growthsystemlab account on Telegram.
2. State that your message is a Pixel Office GSL Analytics data deletion request.
3. Provide only enough information to help locate and verify the records concerned.

Information that may be needed

Depending on the data involved, you may need to provide one or more of the following:

• The Facebook or Instagram profile, Page, or account name or identifier associated with the analytics authorization.
• The approximate date you authorized or used the integration.
• The email address you submitted to the GSL website, if the request also concerns a starter-pack record.
• A PayPal order or transaction identifier, if the request also concerns a purchase, entitlement, refund, or delivery record.
• A short description of the data or interaction your request concerns.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Growth System Labs may ask for additional limited information when it is reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect another person's data.

How the request is handled

Growth System Labs will use the information you provide to identify data it controls that is associated with the request. Identifiable data covered by a valid request will be deleted where applicable.

Some information may need to be retained where legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, payment-reconciliation, or accounting obligations apply. Data controlled separately by Meta, Telegram, PayPal, or another provider is subject to that provider's own deletion and account controls.
